The Scholars’ Academy is a non-profit Public Charter School servicing grades 7-12. The school is supported by state and federal funds and is free to all students who apply.
Curriculum
The Scholars’ Academy offers comprehensive pro- grams in the areas of college preparatory, career and general education. All programs attempt to achieve the following goals:
- To meet the intellectual needs of each student
- To prepare each student with the sufficient background to assume a productive role in a complex and changing society
- To provide every student an opportunity to acquire skills toward career development
- To provide an educational climate that fosters creativity and exploration
- To provide parents with opportunities for involvement with the student body, teaching staff, administration and all school programs
