The Scholars Academy is very competitive for our area with teacher salaries . We have been the only public school in the state of Arizona for the last two years to still offer full family health coverage.  The turnover rate is nonexistent at our school and we are most proud of this fact.  We have been able to retain the most amazing teachers in the area.
